What user, identity and location checks mean while the product is in development.
Different forms of verification
TaskNord is working on trust signals that may include manual user checks and location verification. The controls used depend on the product version and purpose.
BankID and more extensive identity verification are being considered for later phases and should not be treated as available now.
Share as little as possible
- Follow a verification request only in the official product area or a secure TaskNord channel.
- Do not send identity documents through a general contact form.
- Hide information that is not specifically needed.
- Never give anyone your password or one-time codes.
If a check fails
Create a support ticket in Verification. Include the type of check and the error message, but wait to provide documentation until support gives you a secure, specific instruction.
