Terms of use
These terms apply to use of the public TaskNord website. Products, pilots or restricted accounts may have separate terms that must be accepted before use.
Service provider
TaskNord is a privately operated project under development in Norway and is not registered as a company.
General questions can be sent to tasknord@outlook.com. Questions about a support ticket should be sent through the secure support flow or to tasknord@outlook.com.
What the website provides
The website provides information about TaskNord, products in development, support, contact options and system status.
The TaskNord platform and ArcticPulse are in development. Status descriptions on this website are not a promise of public availability, specific functionality or a particular launch date.
Acceptable use
You must not abuse forms, attempt to access another person's support ticket, upload harmful content, bypass security controls or use the website in a way that infringes another person's rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is relevant and, to the best of your knowledge, accurate. Do not send secrets or personal data you have no basis to share.
Contact and support
The contact form is for general and business enquiries. Support is for account, product and technical issues.
A ticket ID is not an access key. Access to a support ticket requires the matching email and a time-limited one-time code, or another verified access method.
Rights
Names, logos, text, design and software on the website belong to TaskNord or the relevant rights holders. You may read and share ordinary links to public pages, but may not copy or present the material as your own.
Product names and descriptions of planned features do not grant a licence to underlying code, trade marks or confidential material.
Availability and changes
The website may change to improve content, security or operation. Relevant recorded maintenance and incidents appear on the status page.
We aim to keep public information current but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
External services
The website may link to or use necessary external services. Their own terms may apply when you leave TaskNord or use a separate provider service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norsk rett. Disputes not resolved through dialogue will be handled by Alminnelige norske domstoler, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
