Accessibility

TaskNord wants the website, contact forms and support centre to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of device, assistive technology or ability.

Our approach

The website is designed with semantic structure, clear headings, readable contrast, visible keyboard focus, understandable links and form labels, and support for reduced motion.

Content should work on narrow screens, support zoom and remain understandable without relying on colour or motion alone.

Forms and support

Forms should identify required fields, associate errors with the correct field and preserve content if submission fails. Confirmations and ticket status should be conveyed in text, not colour alone.

If you cannot use a form, you can contact us by email. Do not send passwords or other secrets.

Known and reported barriers

Accessibility is reviewed as the website and products develop. Confirmed barriers are prioritised according to how seriously they prevent access, and this page is updated when a specific limitation needs to be communicated publicly.

Private product areas may be at a different level of maturity from the public website. Restricted access or development status is not, by itself, a documented accessibility defect.

Report a problem

Send a description to tasknord@outlook.com. Include the page or function involved, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology or browser you used when relevant.

We use the feedback to investigate the issue and find an alternative way to provide access while any fix is underway.

Further review

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can ask for the issue to be reviewed again. Any formal complaint route follows the rules applicable to the organisation and service.
