Planned intake of calibration certificates with a clear link between the source document, extracted values and later assessments.
Calibration certificate review
Tolerivo
Tolerivo is a product concept being validated for manufacturers that purchase external calibration services. It is intended to combine traceable document interpretation, rule-based checks and documented expert approval in one workflow. Tolerivo is a working name while naming and rights checks remain incomplete.

- For
- Quality managers and specialists at small and medium-sized manufacturers that use external calibration laboratories. The product is not yet available as a public service; the first step is focused, paid validation with potential pilot customers.
The problem
A clear problem to solve.
A calibration certificate can be valid and traceable without proving that the instrument is suitable for a particular measurement task. Manual review against internal requirements takes time, varies between people and can make discrepancies difficult to detect and explain later.
Use cases
What the product is intended to support.
A planned review tool that compares calibration certificates with an organisation's own requirements for specific measurement tasks.
- Check that the instrument, certificate, measurement points, uncertainty and traceability cover what is actually required.
- Assess the same instrument against different approved requirements for specific use cases.
- Identify pre-adjustment deviations and reassess earlier approvals when requirements change.
Product direction
Clear about what exists and what comes next.
The stages describe the development direction without presenting private or planned capabilities as publicly available.
The organisation should be able to manage its own expert-approved requirements for each measurement task without the system inventing acceptance limits.
Rule-based checks should show which measurement points and requirements are covered, missing or outside limits, with the basis kept visible.
A qualified person must make and document the final decision. Tolerivo is not intended to act as an accredited laboratory or an independent safety guarantee.
Requirements, assessments, rationales and approvals should be reviewable and exportable as documentation.
When a requirement changes, the aim is to surface affected instruments and earlier decisions for renewed expert review.
Development stages
Validation before development
The first step is to test the problem, workflow and willingness to pay with three relevant manufacturers. No public solution has been promised.
Potential limited pilot
If validation is positive, a narrow pilot may be built for one instrument category and a limited set of document formats.
Potential wider product
Wider availability will be considered only after demonstrated accuracy, clear allocation of responsibility and experience from real expert use. No launch date has been set.
