Structured tasks with a description, location and relevant details are being developed as part of the private platform.
Local tasks and services
TaskNord
The TaskNord platform is intended to bring the full local-task journey together: from describing and publishing a task to accepting, completing and confirming it. The platform is private and in active development.
- Status
- Private development
- For
- People who need help with a local task and people who want to find relevant work nearby. Public access has not opened yet.
The problem
A clear problem to solve.
Small local tasks are often arranged across disconnected channels. That makes it difficult to see what is needed, who can help and when the work is actually complete.
Use cases
What the product is intended to support.
A mobile-friendly platform for posting, finding, organising and completing local tasks.
- Describe a specific task, location and scope in one place.
- Discover relevant nearby tasks through a map-based view.
- Follow a task until both parties have confirmed that it is complete.
Product direction
Clear about what exists and what comes next.
The stages describe the development direction without presenting private or planned capabilities as publicly available.
A map view is intended to make it easier to find tasks relevant to an area and travel distance.
Posters and workers should be able to see a task's current state and what remains.
The flow is being designed so the relevant parties can confirm completion before the task leaves active availability.
Profiles, reviews and clear trust signals are being developed to provide better context before an agreement.
Location-based checks are part of development. The method and data used will be assessed before public access.
Relevant travel information may later be connected to tasks, including Entur data where appropriate.
A future Stripe-based flow is planned to handle payment before a task is published. It is not publicly available.
BankID and a more protected settlement model are being considered for later phases. Neither should be treated as currently available.
An option to give selected tasks more visibility is planned but has not launched.
Core flows are designed for small screens and use on the move, without making desktop use an afterthought.
Development stages
Private foundation
The product exists as private development work with a foundation for local tasks, accounts and location-aware flows. It is not offered as a public service.
In development now
Current work focuses on a clear task journey, map-based discovery, confirmed completion, profiles, trust and strong mobile use.
Planned for later
Payments, enhanced identity checks, travel information and priority visibility will follow only after the core flow is safe and clear.
