Reviews and trust signals

How reviews are intended to be used and what a useful review should contain.

Capability status

Reviews and trust signals are part of the TaskNord platform development work. They are not yet a finished public rating system.

A review should support a specific task experience. It does not replace your own assessment, verification or safe communication.

Keep it factual and relevant

  • Describe what you personally experienced in connection with the task.
  • Distinguish facts from your own assessment.
  • Avoid sensitive details, full names of unrelated people and information that is not needed.
  • Do not use a review for threats, discrimination, advertising or pressure.

If a review is a problem

Use support and include the task or review ID if a review concerns the wrong person, reveals personal data or breaches safe-use expectations. Explain specifically what should be investigated.

Support may review the content but should not change a factual review simply because the parties disagree.
