Confirming task completion
How the planned confirmation flow protects the status of a local task.
Why both sides matter
TaskNord is developing a flow where the relevant parties can confirm that work is complete. The aim is to avoid an active task disappearing because one action was made by mistake or before the work was actually finished.
The task should leave active availability once the required confirmations are recorded. The exact product flow may change before public launch.
Before confirming
- Check that the agreed work has actually been completed.
- Resolve any missing work or misunderstandings in the available communication.
- Do not confirm on behalf of another person.
- Keep relevant records if support may need to investigate.
If the status is wrong
Do not try to solve the problem by creating duplicates. Submit a support ticket with the task or reference ID, explain the status shown and what you expected.
Do not include payment card details, passwords or other secrets in the description.
