How to ask for access, correction, deletion or other handling of personal data.
What you can request
Depending on the processing and applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing.
A request can concern the public website, a contact enquiry, support, the TaskNord platform or ArcticPulse.
Submit a specific request
- Choose Privacy in the contact form or Privacy and data in support.
- State which service and information the request concerns.
- Use the email address connected to the information where possible.
- Do not attach identity documents until you receive a secure, specific instruction.
Verification and response
TaskNord may request information needed to verify your identity before personal data is released or changed. This should be proportionate.
Some information may need to be retained for a legal obligation, necessary security purpose or ongoing dispute. The response should explain if a request cannot be completed in full.
